VLT Series - Industrial Monitors
The VLT series of industrial monitors from Hardware Solutions is one of the most important in our catalogue.
They are screens for industrial use with aluminum front and cast aluminum rear. VLT products are lightweight and efficient, easy to clean thanks to their zero Bezel display, and free of steps that would otherwise create a buildup of dust and debris.
VLT – INDUSTRIAL MONITOR SERIES
The series is available in 4:3 and 16:9 format, from 7” to 32”.
The VLT-XXA monitor is available with a resistive (VLT-XXAR), capacitive (VLT-XXAP) or glass (VLT-XXAG) touch screen system.
The maximum resolution of the panel is 1920×1080 with a maximum number of colors of 16.7M. The standard brightness of the VLT-xxA model is 300 cd/m², but all VLT industrial monitor models offer the possibility of going up to 1000 cd/m² thanks to the High Brightness and Optical Bonding option. Thanks to the high luminosity, the VLT-XXA industrial monitor is suitable for industrial processes both indoors and outdoors, in cases of direct exposure to sunlight.
The front panel is IP66 rated, going up to IP69K. The product is also CE and FCC Class A certified.
The input/output ports of the VLT-XXA are:

- 1 audio line-in connector
- 1x USB type B optional
- 1 optional speaker
- 1x RS-232 DB-9 optional for touch screen system control
The VLT-115 monitor is equipped with an OSD control membrane, accessible on the back of the product.
The standard operating temperature of the product is included in the wide range of 0°~50°C, but the VLT series offers the possibility to reach up to -20° ~ 60°C, to withstand even the harshest and most demanding industrial environments.
The VLT can be installed panel-mounted or via a 100×100 VESA connection.
